ÉCLAT DE LAVANDE
The radiance of lavender.
A self-directed campaign for Éclat de Lavande, a fragrance in the Sillage house I built end to end. One golden-hour arc through Provence, taken from a six-shot storyboard to a finished vertical film, with the model, the flacon and the world all art-directed and generated to match. One operator, full pipeline.
Overview
A campaign for the house
Éclat de Lavande is a fragrance in Sillage, the luxury perfume house I built end to end. This is its campaign: a single golden-hour film and the full set of assets behind it, the model, the flacon, and a Provence world, all art-directed and generated to hold together as one piece.
Where the Sillage case study is about building the brand, this one is about pointing it at a single scent and shooting the ad.
The idea
The radiance of lavender
Éclat de Lavande means the radiance of lavender. The whole campaign is one unbroken golden hour in Provence: a woman moves through a lavender field, past a sunlit threshold, to the flacon on a windowsill, and the light does the selling.
It carries the house idea all the way through, she walks on and leaves her sillage, her trail, behind her.
“The radiance of lavender.”
Éclat de Lavande
The film
One golden hour, vertical
The finished commercial: a fifteen-second, social-native vertical spot. A wide walk into the lavender field, a medium at the threshold, the flacon revealed indoors, the spray and the scent beat, a close on her face, and a hero hold that resolves on the Sillage S.
Graded and scored, no music, so the light and the sound design carry it. Play it with sound.
The storyboard
Six shots, one arc
I boarded the whole spot first, six vertical frames from the wide field walk to the hero product resolve, so the golden-hour arc and the edit were locked before a single second of video was generated.
The opener doubled as the film's start frame, which kept the look consistent from the very first beat.

The face
Cast and locked
One model, cast and locked as a reference sheet so she stayed the same person across every shot: a sleek low bun, pearl drops, and a single off-shoulder cream satin gown that reads timeless rather than of any one season.

The flacon
The house mark, on the bottle
The product is the Éclat de Lavande flacon: a heavy clear-glass bottle of warm amber juice, a cream label with a fine gold lavender sprig, and the Sillage S engraved into the gold cap. It ties the scent straight back to the house.

The world
Provence, at golden hour
A single, consistent world built as a set of environment plates: lavender fields and a cypress lane, a wisteria-framed stone threshold, and a calm linen-and-stone salon for the interior beats. Warm light, aged stone, nothing that breaks the spell.

Tools & process
Board, generate, cut
Built through Higgsfield. Nano Banana Pro at 2k for the storyboard, the model and product sheets, and every environment plate, all art-directed to one golden-hour look. Seedance 2.0 for the video, with the storyboard opener as the start frame and a couple of per-beat rerolls to lock the flacon and clean up the scent shot.
Then a straightforward edit to a fifteen-second 1080p master: the six beats assembled, a scrim-and-outline end card, loudness normalised, no music. Lock each asset, carry it forward, and the whole spot reads as one shoot.
